This project presented a unique challenge due to the roof's size, varied slopes, and the combination of shingle and flat roofing sections. The condition of the decking was severely compromised, requiring us to remove two layers of old roofing before replacing the damaged decking. Once the base was restored, we installed a brand-new roofing system, choosing a dark color to create a striking contrast and enhance the home's curb appeal. The result is a durable, visually appealing roof that stands out beautifully on the street.
