Shonda Segura
Founder & CEO
Shonda England-Segura is the Founder and CEO of Iconic Home Renovations, bringing 11+ years of experience in corporate leadership, labor relations, compliance, negotiations, and operations. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing.

Shonda leads Iconic’s strategy, people, and operations, building a company centered on integrity, quality craftsmanship, and an exceptional homeowner experience.
​
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and working in her garden.
Zack Segura
Production Manager
Zack Segura is the Production Manager at Iconic Home Renovations, bringing 20+ years of construction industry experience.
​
He leads production and field operations, overseeing permits, materials, scheduling, trade partners, and quality control to ensure every project meets Iconic’s standards for craftsmanship, professionalism, and accountability.
​
Outside of work, Zack enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.
Tiago Dibenedetto
General Manager
Tiago is the General Manager of Iconic Home Renovations, bringing 20+ years of international experience across the U.S. and Brazil in marketing, sales, product management, and corporate development. He holds a master’s degree in Organizational Management and Leadership from the University of Central Missouri.

He supports Iconic’s operations, strategic growth, team alignment, and digital presence, helping strengthen the brand and position the company for continued growth.
​
Outside of work, Tiago’s greatest passions are his family and soccer.
Mike Rozell
Sr. Sales Manager
Mike is the Senior Sales Manager at Iconic Home Renovations, bringing 20+ years of roofing industry experience and deep knowledge of the Kansas market.
​
He leads Iconic’s exterior remodeling division, helping homeowners with roofing, siding, gutters, storm restoration, and exterior renovation projects while ensuring a professional, customer-focused experience.
​
Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with his family and supporting his wife’s handmade soap business.
Jesse Dizmang
Remodeling Manager
Jesse leads the Interior Remodeling Division at Iconic Home Renovations, bringing years of hands-on construction experience and a strong problem-solving mindset.
​
He oversees kitchen, bathroom, and whole-home renovations, coordinating homeowners, crews, and trade partners to ensure every project is completed with quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and clear communication.
​
Outside of work, Jesse enjoys spending time with family and friends, trips to the lake, and working on home improvement projects of his own.
Julian Adique
Digital Marketing Specialist
Julian is the Digital Marketing Specialist at Iconic Home Renovations, bringing 7 years of experience in social media marketing, content strategy, email marketing, lead generation, and creative campaigns.

Based in the Philippines, he supports Iconic’s digital presence by developing creative and data-driven strategies that strengthen the brand, engage target audiences, generate leads, and support the company’s continued growth.

Outside of work, Julian enjoys playing volleyball and giving back through community service projects.
